Arthur Dembro started doing Triathlons all the way back in 1996, but only got really serious when I signed up for my first Ironman. During August 2009 I had just finished a two month backpacking adventure to Europe that did not nearly include enough exercise, so when I returned home, I decided to think big and signed up for the 2010 Ironman Lake Placid and immediately started training non stop.
The first Ironman was a life changing experience and led me to complete 14 more Ironman races including the 2017 Ironman World Championship at Kona.
I have been racing with Breakthrough Performance Team and work with Fitxerx in Peabody, MA on all of biking. The first ten years has been great, and I am looking forward to many more.
